If you've been looking for a convertible roadster to have some fun in and drop the top, you owe it yourself to take a hard look at this one. It is mechanically solid with 0 issues. No check engine light. Timing belt, water pump, and front seals have all been replaced with in the last 10k miles. It also had a recent tune up at the same time. The transmission and clutch are in great shape and it has had new hydraulics and received a stainless clutch line(upgrade over the factory rubber that’s prone to failure). No grinds in the transmission and the clutch has no signs of wear. The alignment is straight, it has a set of upgraded “Tien” Coil-over suspension to lower the car(correctly) and it rides very nice for the street. Not a harsh ride like you may find in other Miata’s. Brakes are up to spec and stop nicely and quickly when needed. Tires are all in great shape 2 of which are brand new. Overall the car has nice upgrades that help with the longevity and reliability of the car. It has been adult owned and maintained its whole life – and it shows! The interior is in great shape for the age and mileage on the car. The seats have been re-upholstered so they're good to go for quite sometime. The steering wheel has also been recovered with perforated leather. The sound system works great and has the factory BOSE system with upgraded head unit to use bluetooth, pandora, iheart radio, aux input and more. AC and heater work flawless. There are no funny odors inside and the carpets are clean. Every knob button and switch operates as it should. The top is relatively new and has retained the factory glass rear window with defrost. The exterior of the car is in near perfect shape with just a few cosmetic blemishes that would not deter you away from the purchase of this car. In my opinion, this is one of the best looking Miata’s out there. It’s a “Special Edition” Miata with a paint job that was only available to the Special Edition Miata’s. It has nice subtle factory upgrades over the “normal” Miata’s. These are ultra reliable cars, that are cheap to maintain and operate. They are extremely fun and enjoyable to drive if that’s something you like doing. Everything has been done that needs to be done and you will not have to incur any major repairs for a VERY long time to come. If you want a “new” used car that is turn key ready – This is it!
